I don't think we have peonies in CA but I could be wrong. I remember them in Chicago. They are so pretty. Great pictures.
I have enjoyed the walk very much , I almost thought I caught a fragrant whiff. They are very beautiful!Blessings,~Myrna
Hi Stella! You know, you put me to shame because I live in South Florida and my garden is nowhere near as beautiful as yours. By the way, my favorite of all your peonies is the light pink. It looks so pretty and delicate.
Every one beautiful. The pink-tinged one is my favorite. We grew peonies when we lived in Oregon, where they did real well. Except the tiny sugar ants liked them too, so I remember having to be careful when bringing them in.
What a beautiful assortment of peonies, the white are so gorgeous. Mine are just putting up shoots, I hope to get some nice blooms (assuming I got the planting depth right!) :)
I love peonies - they needs ants to grow you know. sandie

Oh Stella...I want a white peony like yours!! It is magnificent as are all your other flowers, too.I hope you try the preserving method I posted about. Mine are standing in 2" of water in the garage fridge. So far, so good. They're alive & well & NOT opening. :-)
